You might see several different statuses when viewing information about your mobile wallet pass campaigns. These statuses track updates made to your pass and any push notifications you have scheduled.
There are two separate sections to observe that will provide you with valuable insights.
Campaign Statuses
Pass Update Statuses: Headed by the column called Status, this column will show you which passes have been changed by the campaign or provide insights where that is not true. These are the various states you will see and what they mean.
Updated: The update has been successfully downloaded and applied to the listed user(s).
Reverted: An update was previously applied but has since been rolled back, likely due to the end of the campaign, or an error.
Not Applied: The update was sent but has not yet been downloaded and applied to the pass. This could be due to various reasons, such as needing to open their wallet app or having a weak internet connection.
Disabled: The update has not been applied as the user has disabled updates or the device is off.
Failed: There was an issue delivering the update to your device. This could be due to temporary technical difficulties or an incompatibility with your device or app.
Push Notification Statuses: These statuses reflect the states of push notifications your campaign sent to the targets of your campaign.
Sent: The notification has been successfully sent.
Targeted: The notification is marked to be sent.
Disabled: Push notifications for this pass or update have been disabled.
Failed: There was an issue delivering the push notification to the device.
Post Campaign Evaluation
Once your campaign is complete, you can see overall stats using the stat cards at the top of the campaign page. These cards will give you the number of passes Targeted, Updated, and Notified. To dig deeper into the individual data, you can click on a pass to reference campaign statuses at the individual pass level.
