📣 What's New
Data is now organized into three focused tabs:
Overview: High-level performance signals and trends.
Recipients: Granular logs of targeted and eligible passes.
Setup: Previews of the creative assets and configurations deployed.
Campaign Metrics (top cards)
At-a-glance metrics that adapt to your campaign type.
Campaign Link Clicks
Shows the total number of clicks on links added specifically for this campaign.
This does not include clicks on links that already existed on the pass template.
Conversions and Revenue
These metrics reflect downstream outcomes after the campaign was sent.
If your data source is not connected, these cards will appear as unavailable with an option to connect your data.

Campaign Summary
The Campaign Summary shows who was targeted and when the campaign ran.
Filters | Shows the pass template and attribute rules used for targeting |
Recipients | A "+" means the audience is dynamic; new eligible users are added while the campaign is running. |
Schedule | Shows the campaign's start and end time, using your selected time zone. |
Features | A checklist of all features included in the campaign (e.g., notifications, image changes, field updates, etc). |
Activity Breakdown
Tracks the journey from Eligibility → Delivery → Outcome.
Each step shows:
A percentage, relative to the current recipient count
An absolute count, for scale
This is more like a performance log than a traditional funnel. Percentages show how much of your total audience reached each milestone.
Recipients: Total passes targeted (typically 100%).
Notifications Sent: Total notifications successfully delivered to devices.
Passes Updated: Total pass changes successfully delivered to devices. (Only shows if pass changes have been applied)
Campaign Link Clicks: Total clicks on links added as part of the campaign (Only shows if back links have been added to the campaign)
Conversions: Total conversions recorded during the campaign window.
Pass Deactivations: Passes that were deactivated during the campaign window.
Link Click Activity During Campaign
Campaign window
Link click activity includes a short window before and after the campaign:
2 days before the campaign start date
2 days after the campaign end date
This captures engagement from users who return to their pass later, which is common in wallet-based experiences.
Link breakdown
Detailed reporting for all links on the back of the pass during the campaign window.
Campaign Links: Links added specifically for this campaign. These are highlighted in the list and match the "Campaign Link Clicks" metric.
Template Links: Existing links already on the pass. These are tracked to measure how the campaign boosted general engagement.
Click counts represent total interactions, not unique users. For recipient-level detail, see the Recipients tab.
Summary
Your campaign reporting is separated by high-level signals (Overview), granular logs (Recipients), and campaign set up and previews (Setup). Together, these tools track the complete journey from initial delivery to final conversion.
